Elana Brundyn is a fine art and cultural consultant based in Cape Town, South Africa. She was instrumental in launching Zeitz MOCAA and Norval Foundation – two pioneering art institutions on the African continent. Elana is recognised as a key figure in the art ecosystem, with over two decades experience. She has collaborated with globally respected corporations, collectors, artists, curators, museums and galleries. Elana founded BA&C in response to shifts in institutional models and changing cultural narratives.
Currently, Elana sits on the Board of Trustees for In Residence Foundation, Aspire Art, Lalela Projects, the Stellenbosch Outdoor Sculpture Trust, and she is part of the Standard Bank Visual Arts Committee.
Stephani Müller is a curator, writer, and trained printmaker focusing on collaborative projects and process-based practices. Her creative research examines the spatial and material latency of printed matter as well as the technical and historical intersections of photography and printmaking. Stephani graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Art Antwerp, with an MA in Visual Art (2019) and a BA in Fine Art (2016) from the Michaelis School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town. She previously worked in online curriculum development and as a part-time lecturer.
